CMD is listed in cosmetics classification permission standard 1998 and it can be used for the cosmetics according to seven kinds for hair care and skin care (cosmetics for cleanliness, hair cosmetics, basic cosmetics, makeup cosmetics, sweet smell cosmetics, a sunburn/sunscreen cosmetics and nail cosmetics).
