Lipase SL

from Pseudomonas (Burkholderia) cepacia
Triacylglycerol lipase EC 3.1.1.3

Enzymatic features

Lipase SL has high activities over a wide range of pH values (pH 3-10) and temperatures (below 80 ºC;), and shows a wide specificity towards a variety of esters such as p-nitrophenyl esters as well as triacylglycerols.
