Lipase TL from Pseudomonas stutzeri Triacylglycerol lipase EC 3.1.1.3 |
Lipase TL has high activities on cholesterol esters and can be used to determine concentration of cholesterol esters. Lipase TL hardly hydrolyzes esters of polyunsaturated fatty acids and enables the enrichment of acylglycerols containing polyunsaturated fatty acids. |
