Enzymatic features

Meito Rennet Super is the microbial rennet, the property of which was improved to make it fit for production of long-ripening cheese such as Gouda-type.
MRS is a non-GMO enzyme with inactivated co-existing activities and improved thermolability, and has been certified as Kosher and Halal.
